Figured I'd offer them to the list before putting on eBay. Purchased a few weeks ago from Parts4Vws, for $50. Longer wheel bolts (conical, not OEM style) were $20, and shipping was $8 (total of $78). Willing to let it all go for $50 with free shipping (for continenal US, international will be extra). Will be shipping in the original H&R box with instruction/guideline document.
Was planning on using them to allow give my 15" GLI BBS wheels clearance over 11" brakes, but decided against the spacer idea in favor of either.... 1) grinding my calipers 2) eventually getting new wheels ... before new brake pads are needed. I installed one of the spacers and rebolted up the wheel to see how it looked, but the car was never driven with them on. The spacers definitely fill out the 16v's fender flares and give it an aggressive look. I would assume handling is also dramatically increased, but again, as I never drove with them on, I wouldn't know. Please email me privately if interested. Thanks, Denis
