If you don't drive the car very often, it certainly wouldn't hurt to use 100%
gasoline. The biggest advantages of 100% gasoline are that it's much easier on
the fuel system internals and gasoline doesn't absorb water like ethanol.
I use Sta-Bil in my lawn equipment and Red Line's SI-1 injection system cleaner
in my motorcycle. It may be snake oil but my lawn tractor and atv start
without too much coaxing (other than a battery charge) after a long winter's
repose. The motorcycle is another story - something about having not been
ridden in 2 years...
