I was able to free up the plunger on all of fuel dizzies, but on one, fuel would come out of the metering ports no matter what position the plunger was in and the other, no fuel would come out at all. I tried everything I could think of, no change other than the plunger. I didn’t try to open it up any further, but I don’t think there’s any way to free them up without taking it apart. Maybe there’s a product that dissolves what I guess is aluminum oxidation.
Now I have it under a cheap home depot plastic tarp and I did try to clean out those hoses including 6A that drains towards the back. I also was a little shocked at the price of a replacement seal $175.
