a bit off topic:
When I run mkgmap with -ea I see an error caused by this statement in
basemap\style\points:
natural=peak & (name=* | ele=* )
{name '${name|} (${ele}m)' | '${ele}m' | '${name}' }
natural=peak & (name=* | ele=* )
{name '${name} (${ele}m)' | '${ele}m' | '${name}' }
(removed a vertical bar)
