Hi Stephen,

your style assigns type 0x09 to a way without also adding one of the road_class
or road_speed values.
This is known to cause routing problems and therefor mkgmap r2573 and newer
print a warning.
The resulting map should be the same as before.
With --check-styles (after the --style-file option) you will get more details.

non-routeable way with routeable way type 0x09 is used for a routeable map .
this leads to routing errors . try --check-stylesto check the style .

Hi Stephen,

I have no idea what "garmin 08 and 09 error" means. Please give more details:
What is the last mkgmap version that works?
Where do you see the error?
