the wiki documents:
"Restriction refers only to appropriate type of vehicle.
(you can use type=restriction:<type> + restriction= or type=restriction
+ restriction:<type>=[1]) "
From that comment I read that the tag restriction=no_right_turn is
wrong and can be ignored, so either use 2) or ignore the complete turn
restriction because it's wrong (according to the wiki).

how should mkgmap interpret this restriction?

restriction=no_right_turn
restriction:motorcar=no_right_turn
restriction:motorcycle=no_right_turn
1) Is it correct?
I'd prefer to have either restriction=<turn>
or a list of restriction:*=<turn>
2) I guess it means that the no_right_turn restriction applies only
to motorcar and motorcycle.
If it is correct, mkgmap has to ignore the restriction=<turn> tag
as that would include all vehicles.
