The TYP carriage return only works for elements which haven't been named in a style sheet.
This is because a TYP file's text gets ignored if an element points to a label in the LBL. I also suspect that carriage return characters cannot be inserted when naming elements, due to the way mkgmaps' labels are parsed - although Steve should know. So, unless you create your own 'maps' (not based on osm) ,assign a unique type number to your polygon & add your label with carriage returns to the TYP file, I don't think it will work. -- View this message in context: http://gis.19327.n5.nabble.com/Typ-Files-tp5871142p5871365.html Sent from the Mkgmap Development mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ mkgmap-dev mailing list [email protected] http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/mkgmap-dev
