not sure what you mean by that. What I wanted to say is that you need a working 
location hook which requires the bounds.zip to be able to use the information 
in LocatorConfig.xml which finally contains the information about 
lefthand/righthand traffic for all countries.

Hi Nick,

the sea and bounds options are problem cases as they require further files.
Since drive-on=detect depends on the bounds this is even more complex.
