It seems that splitter build/release process for www.mkgmap.org.uk doesn't regenerate the online documentation or produce the formatted text version of doc/splitter.txt from the raw wiki format splitter.txt. Looking back to an older downloaded version from Dec-2018 it didn't do it then either.
