I've been reading through some of the stories on the archive and find that many
of them are in dire need of updated character sets.In particular - in many
stories quotation marks and a few other punctuations are just question marks;
the browser can't figure out what character to use (chrome, firefox, and
whatever it is microsoft uses these days all have the same issue).
Is there any way to run them through more modern document software, or HTML
compiler, to replace the broken characters with functional ones? Or would that
require extensive manual editing?
