Actually it does, that's the point. What do you think this is for?

particular swarmer, the garbage collector will automatically remove the entry
from swarmers_by_name since no one else references it anymore.
If you have two files downloading, using the same swarmer, another file is
referencing to same swarmer, even after cancelling one of them.
