Follow-up Comment #27, bug #12761 (project mldonkey):
Here is improoved version of the patch.
1. Now removing swarmer in file_completed is also purged.
2. When file has no swarmer (completed) canceling does not produce
exception.
3. Still no multinetwork support of course and thus removed senless parts of
code.
