Details:
After a file is downloaded and committed (auto committ in fact) I usually
move them from the incoming/files directory to elsewhere.
What happens is that, leaving mlnet running as a deamon, I see new files
created in the incoming/files directory with the same names as the files just
moved and with size of 0 bytes.
