Follow-up Comment #2, bug #14676 (project mldonkey):
This should take place if a file which is removed from incoming is currently
uploading, this exception is not caught yet:
Exception End_of_file in send_small_block
Exception End_of_file in send_small_block
and a zero-length file is created.
