It was from the mldonkey-2.6.4.ebuild, which has now been obsoleted by
mldonkey-2.6.4-r2.ebuild
The USE flags that I used was gtk2:
-gtk gtk2 -oldgtk -guionly -batch -threads -gd -doc -mozilla
