Follow-up Comment #3:
when closing the GTK2 GUI (from the 'X' of the window decoration), we hide
the window and create a new dock window (as per X11 standard).
If enlightenment WM has a dock area, an icon should appear in this area.

It will be soon modified so that the GUI acts as described by Sylvain.
