Hi Marcus, While searching for papers on my chosen topic (Neural Programmers), I found this paper - https://arxiv.org/pdf/1511.06279.pdf
It is a program that tries to build programs from more basic programs. Eg: if we already have a program that has learned to do 1 digit addition, and we need a program that can do multiple digit addition, it tries to use the initial program to create the new program. I am very interested in the applications of such a program that can learn to use other programs - even more than my initial topic. Hence, I have a few doubts: 1. Will it be alright to change my proposal to this topic? 2. Is such a program of interest to the mlpack community? 3. Is a similar project already created / being created? 4. Will my chances for getting selected decrease if I change my proposal to this topic? Please reply quickly, because if it is alright to shift to this project, I will have to change my proposal.
