Hi I have an intermediate knowledge of C++ and Python. Also I have worked with OpenMP and MPI (parallel computing libraries in C++). I also have some experience with machine learning. I am particularly fascinated by reinforcement learning and have been learning it through Sutton and Barto. Would it be possible for me to do GSOC on a reinforcement learning related project with mlpack? Thank You.
