MLT does not support a mismatch in framerate between the project
profile (atsc_1080p_50) and the render profile (dv_pal_wide). All
other attribute differences (resolution, framerate, progressiveness)
are supported, just not yet framerate. The fact that Kdenlive lets you
create this combination is a known bug in Kdenlive.
