Sorry my message was not very clear. I do not care if this gets pushed to git, 
I don't use GIF myself anymore.

For me it's ok to just have the info on this list, so if someone really needs 
to use GIF animations in a project, he can just edit his loader.dict file.

We could then leave it up to the applications to force a producer depending on 
the mime type if the user wants it.
