Kdenlive is already compatible with avconv since version 0.9.4. So, if
this is an upgrade request, then the justification makes perfect
sense. MLT does not use libav/ffmpeg executables directly and is
already compatible with both projects' libs. Or, are you just saying
you are unaware of the libav fork?
