I tend to disagree. The support questions you get from novices and total beginners are the same you would get both from a windows camp as well as the linux camp. They are clueless anyway. The worst people to support are people who think they know enough in Windows and that are capable of doing the switch, expecting the same things in Windows at the touch of a button. I feel that this list is should be most supportive to these people which want that extra more out of a PC and are ready to do it themselves rather than asking the nearest IT guy (read me) for help on fixing stuff.
