While I am here, I wanted to inform the MLUG that I am currently working on a new EU project that is expected to start some time next month. Its called TOSSAD and hopefully will help kick starting a bigger interest in OSS. I have attached a quick brief of the project and I hope that the MLUG will follow this initiative. I have also just submitted a Masters thesis on "The Value and viability of OSS in Malta's Public Administration". The results are obvious.
