Yeah right, Datastream have >STM-64, my arse! Get real. I highly doubt they have even a single STM-16. More like a couple (tops) STM-4s. Actually, they're Maltacom's lines in any case and Datastream are limited in their use as the cost of IP connections is so prohibitively high that ISPs locally are hard pressed to be able to sell services at any profit. What IP connectivity used by the local ISPs, I suspect, is nothing approaching even STM-4, perhaps (probably) even not touching STM-1.

12/20GB, where did that come from??

In addition to the above, Datastream could not guarantee any amount of bandwidth in terms of service availability and as such they will give no SLAs. 'Service', pfffft!!
