If the SHA1 sum of the iso that you've downloaded agrees with that which is stated on the website, then you'll have to take subject up with the Fedora community because that would mean that it has been packaged incorrectly. I've also known proxy servers to corrupt at times so it may be a good idea to try to get it from somewhere else. If it's website related, you could always try other sites like http://download.atrpms.net/mirrors/fedoracore/4/x86_64/iso/ etc.
I will see if we can start mirroring i386 and 64 Bit on our website but that won't help much if it's bad at source.
