SOLUTION!! Yes I found the solution for connecting my nokia mobile phone to Linux by using the program WAMMU which should be already installed in Ubuntu. If it is not installed than install it using the add/remove programs. The webpage is found at: http://wammu.eu
I can save messages, appointments, numbers etc....without using windows!!!
