Hi Joe, Did you try to install Egroupware from the Ubuntu repositories?
If you did, I suggest you un-install via the same method (Synaptic) and read the information at the following web-site: http://www.debianadmin.com/egroupware-installation-and-configuration-with-screenshots.html If you installed directly using the Egroupware .tar.gz or .tar.bz2 I hope that the packages inculdes an un-install program, otherwise there may be a problem with a re-installation. Whilst looking for information regarding Egroupware installation on Ubuntu I found that there are several dependency problems with early versions of Egroupware on Edgy Eft and Postgre 1.8. This may be one of the problems (although I know that you are running Fesity Fawn aka Ubuntu 7.04, which should not have dependency issues) you have encountered. In the web-site above it is suggested to use MySQL for Egroupware. This may solve your problem. Let me know if the above information helps. Regards, Alan.
