Dear List, I have been toying with the idea of setting up a LinuxMCE box at home [www.linuxmce.org]. If you didn't have a look at their demo video, do so as it will get your imagination going. Basically, I have a couple of questions on what would be the best hardware choice to get some decent TV. I am currently subscribed with GO (Multiplus) and have some Avermedia cards which can take DVB-T. However, I don't have a slot for placing in the smart card. Am also willing in looking at Satellite as an option in the future to add on to the programming. My understanding is that the Maltese stations will need to be changed to free to air this year or the next by the MCA. Kind of sucks that you can buy a DVB-T card (which are all without a card interface) from a shop but you can't hook it up to any TV station in Malta.
