at time of writing, I was unzipping a certain game (4.5gb of archives) which is why the spike in cpu usage and ram :) 9gb of swap is due to my total laziness in partitioning my disk (Ie: no partition) let ubuntu take teh default value of twice my ram (4gb ram here)
