Thanks, No I found it on Gnome-Look ( http://www.ubuntu-art.org/content/show.php/Bluman?content=78078&PHPSESSID=91bf057aee45c6757d47c6ca88d7b56b) You can get all the Icons and GTK and Metacity from default Human in Blue. Im not really crazy about the default Ubuntu Brown so the wallpaper was great for me. The Heron is cool as a wallpaper (infact I snapped up one of the Heron Tshirts Ubuntu sold post 8.04 release)
I haven't yet tried metacity's compositor, but if it supports transparent terminals then that is already one of the main reasons I use compiz. Lately I've started with AWN and it has grown on me, so I might stick to Compiz anyway because of that.
