No, Eclipse has been out of date since Gutsy. For perspective, Ubuntu still has Eclipse 3.2, which was out in June 30 2006. Eclipse 3.3 came in June 29,2007. This June, we can expect Eclipse 3.4.
Gutsy had ample time to implement Eclipse 3.3. They never did. Hardy is an LTS version, users will never get Eclipse 3.4 or 3.3 now.
