Apparently it is. If things keep on going how they are going, we need to get every current Linux user to actively support the Maltese community. There are going to be sooooo many more people talking about Linux that it will not be funny anymore. Better get prepared.
Oh and btw, yes the paper looks like a high school diploma. However what is important are not the spelling mistakes but the drive behind this. The writing on the wall says that currently Government is suffering from a lot of vendor lockin.
