The worst thing about Firefox 3 on Linux is the fsync problem with ext3 in my opinion. It makes Firefox nearly unusable when handling large files at the same time as browsing. That, and flash - although I've lately installed flashblock on my system, and I find it a godsend, that way I can see flash apps, only when I want to see them, not the otherway round. Your RAM and CPU will thank you for installing it, I can guarantee it.
