I am not competent with any of the MacOS as well as Windows Vista. In fact I found it quite daunting to configure both systems and would qualify as a complete newbie. Every system is a different system. Point is that bugs are bugs and not features. If you find a bug, or something is not working the way you intended, drop an email to the person concerned. We (MLUG) do not write the software that comes with Linux distributions. We are simply users that share the same experiences. Some people choose to keep it to themselves, others see benefit in sharing that experience - whether for profit or not.
Being a user of a particular OS is a choice not a religion. The loudest people unfortunately get caught in the latter.
