Good morning all,
I am still having trouble using a KVM switch with Linux loaded PCs. My best
results so far has been using Puppy Linux. This really small distro really
works! At least it lets me try out different vga resolutions. My previous
distro was linux mint, and was able to update the nvidia driver using envy
ng with no kvm. The result on startup was bizarre; the resolution was so
high that i couldn't read anything on the desktop, the toolbar for instance
was barely 3mm high.
Can I use another method to have a decent desktop? I do have the specs for
my Daewoo 19' monitor.
Thanks,
Charles
