I know that there are many individuals within MITA who are keen on OSS, irrespective of official and unofficial government policies. We should see what it's about - Megabyte is sending 2 representatives (including yours truly). After all, we were the first to introduce OSS components in 3 e-Government projects we developed. We even had to sit down with MITA's lawyer to assure her that the world will not come tumbling down on account of the Apache and LGPL licenses :)
If this group will meet with any regularity it would be a good idea to prepare something for a future meeting - I'm sure Daniel can come up with a good presentation about OSS in education.
