Good evening Albert, First of all congrats on the move to Google apps for business, i currently administer 5 organizations with ease and I'm glad to say Google had packed alot of useful punch in their services, especially when it comes to Administrating Android, corporate security without making it to complex.
Since your asking for service agreement, it would be nice to have some sort of info into what industry, the type of network setup they have, and in your time at the company/organization, whats the average calls made per month, any common issues (recurrent/most popular type of call), are there Mature users (meaning you need to explain to them laymans and not talk geek ;) Best Regards Warren Camilleri Founding Father Mobile: +356 7991 2004 Skype: ossmalta1 | Twitter: warren_oss | Facebook: OSSMALTA Also a member of MLUG , The Document Foundation , Ubuntu Malta ----- Original Message ----- From: "Albert Bergonzo" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Wednesday, July 11, 2012 12:05:57 PM Subject: [LINUX.ORG.MT] Going Google Dear fellows, I hope I won't be too out of place on this list with my request, but I have noticed that Linux users and Google products often go along nicely (at least for me), so here goes: The organization I work for, around a dozen staff members, will transition to Google Apps for business by the end of the year. I will administer the domain for as long as I stay in the organization, but I may leave at some point. I would like to know if you know anyone who would be willing to provide services for the administration of the domain, based on a contract, together with other IT maintenance services. Thanks and regards, Albert -- ./ _______________________________________________ MLUG-list mailing list [email protected] http://linux.org.mt/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mlug-list _______________________________________________ MLUG-list mailing list [email protected] http://linux.org.mt/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mlug-list
