James I am only a secretary and I am taking up the slack of Keith. If it wasnt for me i honestly dont think we would have an AGM or meetings at all.
I do admit we do go against the statute's if the minimum for the AGM or any meeting is two weeks but if nobody takes the initiative to plan the meetings or ask when they are they do not happen. Also last months meeting took place and there was only Ramon and I. I had emailed the mailing list and i didnt get back any responses. The way things are right now I feel like I am performing a double duty of secretary as well as a bit of work of that of the chairman.
