There are only three people who need the google sync and there are
confidentiality concerns so I can't host it all on google.
Unfortunately google is out as a solution.  I DO NOT want exchange nor
can I host email on site but I remember hearing of an open source app
that had calendar functionality of exchange but can't remember the
name of it.
