Which is still technically OK with GPL afaik. They simply have to 
provide it, I don't think they have to have it available for download 
necessarily, but I could be wrong.

Also, it is common to not get source for code developed to run on top of 
the GPL'd system, which is again an issue of some contention with the 
license, and is probably not kosher.
