If you have enough spare change, set up another wfi access point with 
the old SSID and connect that access point to nothing, so it does no 
good if he finally does crack it.

But another thing to think about is: Is he actually causing you any 
problems?  I know I've occasionally used unsecured wifi provided by my 
neighbours (I have no idea which ones) when my own failed for some 
reason, and I wouldn't be surprised if they used mine in the same way 
now and then.
