I used acanac from toronto. Yearly price is a great competitive deal. Having moved to a new home where Bell is the distributor, I have not checked Acanac out since, but I think they still offer unlimited downloads. Speed is about 7k-8k in our office with DSL from Acanac. But we are 100 meters wire to the Bell Distribution panel that terminates with fibre. Remember what Bell says (they provide dry loop), Your speed may vary.
