Team Leader- Java
Programmer
We are looking for Software Architect/Technical Team Leader with several years
of experience working in environments that support enterprise level
applications in all aspects of design, development and deployment of innovative
web technology/enterprise level applications, solving diverse and complex
business problems.
You
are a technical leader, who possesses strong people and communication skills
driven
to develop superior products, who has a “can
do and does” philosophy and has an exceptional ability to foresee risk and make
things happen on time and within budget. You will be expected to lead a
development team that can control and maintain a transactional enterprise
system.
You
need to have proven ability to design and implement highly scalable and
maintainable enterprise systems under strict time and budget constraints; must
have a strong background leading teams using agile methodologies to achieve
timely completion and compliance with customer objectives. You need to be able
to “think out of the box” and know how to scale up a team and manage
development of large complex projects.
Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in the analysis,
design and development in JavaXHTML, Javascript, XSL, CSSTomcat/J2EE
application server
architectureJUnit, Ant open source toolsVersion and source code control
tools like Subversion and other similar toolsDatabase experience (Oracle,
SQL)Open source frameworks: Spring,
Hibernate, StrutsLinux environment and Windows.
Other Skills
Experience developing web based
business applications such as ERP, banking or other transactional apps for
the large companies would be an asset. Excellent English written and
oral communication skill is a mustExperience with enterprise
level deployments into network, cloud or cluster environments.Strong
knowledge of software
development lifecycleConfident to assure effort
estimations are on target or close to estimatePrevious experience working
in
a small team environment would be preferable.
Education:
Bachelors
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
