Looking at both open-mesh and Sputnik and now I am confused. Sputnik does have all the features they need, but there is an anual cost. Open-mesh is a one time fee for equipment but doesn't seem to have all the options they are looking for like pre-paid. They do have a voucher system, but it looks like the vouchers need to be printed..? I'll do some more digging. I do like the ultra-simple way they are talking about setting up a pretty complex multi node wired/wireless network though.
