Do you guys think this will open up a world of "black market" machines from China etc with unlocked BIOSes? As I see it, you can defeat the UEFI bios setting, so the bios acts as normal. If that is done, you are back to a EFI bios supporting large disk blocks. UEFI in my view is the TPM (trusted platform module) integrated with the bios. UEFI in clusters should be interesting. The documentation for UEFI is around 2000 pages.
