I'm not sure what you intended to say, but in case you were referring to
possible legal issues with the logo, note that whether it's competing in
the same field or not is irrelevant to copyright (it's relevant to
trade marks instead).
Trade marks, copyrights, and patents are very different beasts. Do not
let yourself be bullied by those who want to confuse you with terms like
"intellectual property" (which should probably be called
"government-issued monopoly" instead anyway).
