If I understand correctly the thing about ADSL is independent ISPs
depend on bell infrastructure so network performance will be pretty much
the same vendor to vendor. It also seems that Bell does not prioritize
tickets for reseller customers very high. That being said there are
great reseller deals. I use Colbanet
http://colba.net/main.php?lang=en get a good price and have 300gigs of
bandwidth a month. You might want to talk to them.
