Hello Ravnox, I'm affraid you'll have to overclock it to use Mame. Never heard about anyone running Mame on Raspberry PI without overclocking it (although it might be possible.. just didn't heard about it). You could check a few specific Mame projects customized for Raspberry Pi, for example MAME4ALL. -> http://code.google.com/p/mame4all-pi/ You can check that this is a really customized Mame project, also with specific overclock configs.
