It's not there otherwise, and can be safely ignored. The invitation that was sent was indeed targetted to "all Linux users", regardless of distros. At the Linux Meetup, we regularly have presentations from/about various distributions, not limited to the few most well-known. It's a recurring event, so feel free to join at the next (Tuesday February 7). I'm not sure what the main presentation subject will be though.
