The patch titled
     Fix "LDM: Fix for Windows Vista dynamic disks"
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fix-ldm-fix-for-windows-vista-dynamic-disks.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
